Victor Lebegue

Victor Lebegue is the Visionary and CEO of VL Builders, driven by commitment, honesty, and intention. His background is varied, having lived in different states before residing in Colorado with his 6-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog named Moose.Victor has had extensive experience in the construction industry ranging from roofing, siding, and window installation to custom framing, home building, woodworking, and more. He also has a background in leadership, cost accounting, organizational structure, professional development, team building, and process structuring. As the CEO, Victor oversees the day-to-day sales, marketing, financials, and operations of VL Builders.

His favorite quote is “There are no bad teams, only bad leaders” by Jocko Willink. He enjoys reading books such as Start With Why by Simon Sinek, Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki, and listening to podcasts such as Up and Vanished by Payne Lindsey. Victor wants to bring more standardized procedures, processes, and methods for business operations and quality standards in the construction industry. He also wants to provide long-term career paths and skill-building opportunities for individuals entering the industry.

Victor enjoys working with the team at VL Builders, where the right people are in the right seats, and they share the company’s core values. He pushes the team to always strive for more, with intentionality and open communication. When he’s not working, Victor enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding, shooting pool, reading, watching true crime shows, or taking his twin-turbo 2019 V8 Mustang for a joy ride.

Nick Daniluk

Meet Nick Daniluk, our dedicated Operations Manager at VL Builders. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Nick is passionate about providing homeowners a seamless remodeling experience, through partnering with our Design team and all other departments. Nick started as an independent contractor, joining the team in 2021 and has since worked his way up to become an essential member of our team. He is committed to reversing the negative stereotype surrounding construction workers and strives to show that they are just as skilled, educated, and valuable as others throughout the business industry. Nick prioritizes quality craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and employee satisfaction. He firmly believes that these values are the cornerstone of a successful business.

Raised in Colorado, Nick studied Business at Colorado State University before settling in Littleton with his wife Sarah and their furry companion, Jaco. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, playing bass guitar, and cruising around in his 1956 Chevy pickup truck or on his motorcycle. Nick’s favorite quote, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right” by Henry Ford, perfectly encapsulates his can-do attitude towards work and life.

Nadia Glynn

Meet Nadia Glynn, our talented Remodeling Sales Manager. Joining the team in the summer of 2022, with a degree in Interior Design from the Art Institutes International, Nadia is passionate about providing solutions that matter to her clients and team. For 20 years, she has enjoyed being a Remodeling Sales Consultant and helping clients visualize solutions to their home challenges by discussing ideas, possibilities, and realistic budget solutions. Now she gets to build our Sales team and work with employees and clients the same.
Nadia’s favorite quote, “Just be a good person. Love who you can, help where you can, give what you can.”, reflects her values of honesty, authenticity, dedication, and loyalty. She believes in helping her clients find exciting and useful solutions to the problems they face in their homes.One thing that Nadia would like to fix in the construction industry is the shortage of skilled and reliable laborers that stand behind their work and complete projects to the highest of standards.
Originally born to a Moroccan mother and French father, Nadia grew up in a small town in Wisconsin and then moved to Minneapolis to pursue her degree. She has two amazing kids and she has two beloved dogs, including a new rescue pup.
At VL Builders, Nadia loves working with a team that is invested in making work an enjoyable place while fulfilling the mission of providing solutions that matter. When she’s not at work, Nadia enjoys working on her home, especially her garden and lawn in the summer. She also loves going out to brunch with friends and family and enjoying live music. With Nadia on our team, you can trust that your remodeling project will be in good hands through the entire design process.

Clara Zaldivar Viveros

Meet Clara Zaldivar Viveros, our Sales & Production Coordinator at VL Builders who plays a vital role in every part of your project and our process. She believes that buildings are not just structures, but they define cultures, civilizations and communities; and values creating a balance of function with aesthetic form that results in comfort for holistic well-being. Clara studied architecture and interior design in Mexico and has experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. She is a Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCP) by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Revit certified, and also has experience in home automation. Additionally, she holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and has several years of experience in the supply chain of construction materials, logistics, and international commerce.

Originally from Puebla, Mexico, and living most of her life in Cancun, Clara recently moved to Minneapolis and loves the landscape, lakes, parks, and city life. Her favorite quote is “The best way to predict the future is to create it” by Peter Drucker, and she finds inspiration from books such as The Secret Code by Priya Hemenway, The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari by Robin Sharma, and The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. Clara aims to enhance the message that construction is not just about materials, but a combination of functionality and aesthetics, providing holistic human well-being, one house at a time.

At VL Builders, Clara enjoys facilitating and supporting the sales and production team to ensure client satisfaction and company growth. She believes in teamwork and cooperation and seeks the best in every person to find solutions together and make things happen. With her prior experience and degree, Clara appreciates VL Builders’ focus on customer satisfaction and setting the industry standard on contracting. When she is not at work, she enjoys traveling, exercising, socializing, watching movies, reading, creating or admiring culture in art and writing. Clara’s values of creativity, proactivity, teamwork, and honesty drive her to be her best in both her personal and professional life. Sabrina Harber

Meet Sabrina Harber, our Remodeling Design Consultant at VL Builders who joined the team with over 20 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry, Sabrina is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients achieve their dream home. With a degree in Interior Design from the University of Minnesota, Sabrina is ready to handle her clients needs at VL Builders. She is responsible for sales and design and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

One thing that Sabrina would like to change in the construction industry is companies with poor ethics and bad business practices that give the industry a bad reputation. She also believes that unrealistic expectations can be detrimental to both clients and contractors.

Born and raised in Minnesota, Sabrina is married to her high school sweetheart and has two teenage boys and two dogs. When she’s not at work, Sabrina loves watching her kids play sports, listening to live music, exploring new breweries, snowboarding, and reading. Her favorite quote, “Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory” by Dr. Seuss reminds her to cherish every moment and make the most of life.

Stephen Perry

Meet Stephen Perry, one of our Carpenter II’s, with experience in framing, finish carpentry, and cabinetry, Stephen is passionate about delivering quality workmanship and constantly improving his skills. Stephen enjoys the different variations in jobs and the people he gets to work with. One thing that Stephen would like to change in the construction industry is seeing more people from younger generations in the industry. He believes that the trade can offer a fulfilling and rewarding career, and he would like to encourage more young people to consider it.

Born and raised in the surrounding Minneapolis area, Stephen is dedicated to his craft and values by always improving his skills and building experience to move up in his career. Stephen’s favorite quote, “Rather than love, than money, than fame, give me truth.” by Henry David Thoreau, reflects his values of honesty and authenticity in both his personal and professional life.

When he’s not at work, Stephen enjoys being outside, snowmobiling, spending time with family and friends, and working on side projects. With Stephen on our team, you will see that your remodel project will be executed to the highest standard of quality and workmanship.

Richard Anderson

Meet Richard Anderson, another Carpenter II with experience in finishing carpentry in new construction. Richard is passionate about his craft and dedicated to delivering exceptional quality work. He enjoys the friendly environment and the camaraderie among the team. He appreciates the support and everyone looking out for one another. One thing that Richard would like to see more of in the construction industry is younger generations joining the trade.

Originally from Jamaica, Richard values hard work and dedication in both his personal and professional life. He has one child, and his mother and father are still alive today. Outside of work, Richard is a reggae singer and songwriter, and he loves to write songs and perform in his free time. His favorite quote, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger,” reflects his willingness to push through challenges.

Hard work drives Richard, and he believes that it’s important to play harder too. With Richard on our team, you can trust that your project will be completed with dedication and attention to detail.

Angel Arias

Meet Angel Arias, a dedicated carpenter at VL Builders. He started working in construction about 4 years ago, and has loved it ever since. Before that, he was a sous chef in a restaurant, where he worked since 15. However, during the pandemic, a friend invited him to a construction project, and Angel discovered that he really enjoyed the industry and job role. He has since learned how to tile, tape, mud, install carpet and other flooring, install doors and windows, and paint.

At VL Builders, Angel gets to work on a variety of tasks. What he likes most about working here is the satisfaction of seeing a project through to completion. One of his favorite projects was an attic project in Saint Paul completed a few years ago. Angel also appreciates the consistent flow of work and feels motivated to work for VL Builders. He continues to look for work on larger projects and build on his experience.

Outside of work, he loves spending time with my family, including my wife and two sons. They enjoy going out to eat and to the cinema together. Angel once played soccer when younger, but now goes to the gym to stay active. Angel still enjoys cooking at home.

Angel’s values of family, work ethic, punctuality, respect, and trust are all important to him through his personal and professional life . Jay Lee

Meet Jay Lee, Production Supervisor at VL Builders. With over 10 years of experience in project management, real estate, and construction, Jay brings a wide variety of information to his role.

His passion for the industry goes beyond his work, as he hopes to bring more quality tradespeople into the field and develop more professionalism within it.

As Production Supervisor, Jay oversees the day-to-day operations of all projects in the Minnesota division of VL Builders and works side by side with our carpenters as needed on projects. From scheduling to trades management to problem-solving, Jay collaborates with designers and clients to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

What Jay loves most about working for VL Builders is the company’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. Born and raised in Minneapolis, Jay is deeply rooted in the community and has a daughter currently attending college. When he’s not on the job, you can find him traveling, enjoying the city and the food it has to offer, watching sporting events, or spending time with family and friends.

His values of honesty, integrity, and quality drive him both in and out of work. With Jay on our team and overseeing your project, you can rest assured that he has your best interests at heart.
